ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-7 Business Days of purchase.
*Note there have been some delays due to covid-19. Larger orders can delay processing time. We do allow back orders however, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
All candles are small batched, hand poured and homemade with love, positive energy, infused with full moon energy and this does takes time.
Order are mailed via USPS/Priority Mail with Free Tracking!
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If an item received has been damaged in shipping - Please advise us immediately via email at info@narvimoon.com. Photos and order number are required, so that we may address the situation promptly.
INCORRECT PRODUCT
If an item received is not as ordered - Please advise us immediately via email at info@narvimoon.com so that we may address the situation.
GENERAL RETURNS (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as shown above)
Our return policy is 7 days from receipt of purchase. If 7 days has gone by, since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For Candles, they must be "unburned" and "unlit".
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or specifics of Order Number.
RETURN SHIPPING (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)
To return your product, you should send your product to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost charged at time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.
You are also responsible for any additional customs and import duties or associated fees or taxes related to your purchase or return.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 to 10 business days.
You will be advised by email when the Transaction is posted by us - but it may take a few days to reflect in your bank or credit card records
